Two Warren men are behind bars on charges relating to an alleged relationship with a 16-year-old female.

Austin P. Kelly, 26, 213 Oneida Ave., and Zachary B. Miller, 29, 12 W. Third Ave., were arrested and charged on Monday. Each face the same three charges – photograph/film/depict on computer – sex act, child pornography and corruption minors.

The investigation dates back to July when city police responded to a report of a domestic dispute at Soldiers & Sailors Park on July 20. Officers arrived on scene and found Kelly and the juvenile “on the steps of the park kissing,” per the affidavit of probable cause.

Search warrants were executed on the phones of Kelly and the juvenile. Police say they discovered “many text messages” between the two as well as photos of both the juvenile and Kelly “in various stages of undress” and “performing sexual acts.”

The search warrant of the juvenile’s phone also found pictures of Miller “exposing himself and asking the juvenile if she wanted him.”
