Allegheny National Forest reviews pipeline special use request in McKean County

The Allegheny National Forest is reviewing a request from Oil Creek Energy LLC for a pipeline special use authorization located in Corydon Township in McKean County.

The proposed pipeline has a right-of-way 500 feet long and 20 feet wide, totaling .26 acres.

The USDA Forest Service is proposing to authorize the use and routine maintenance of this right-of-way for a term of 30 years. Activities beyond routine maintenance, if proposed in the future, will require a separate review and approval.

To view the project documents, visit the project website at www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=58273. Comments are most useful prior to July 24.
