Pustelak, Lake City, Pa., was charged with criminal attempt – materially false written statement – purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm and statement under penalty by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on March 2 from an incident alleged to have occurred on Nov. 23, 2019.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Feb. 29 at 12:35 p.m. A Jeep Patriot was traveling eastbound on Sr. 27 near Ladybug Ln. in Pittsfield Twp. and left the roadway, striking a mailbox. The vehicle then continued on Sr. 27 and turned south on Davey Hill Rd., fleeing the area. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
