Three guilty pleas were entered, charges were withdrawn against two and two were held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Rose M. Dawson, Warren, to marijuana – small amount personal use.

¯ Tierra S. Oswalt, Sheffield, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Sean D. Sprague, Warren, to possession of marijuana and driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and required financial responsibility were withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ Erin E. Paden, Pittsfield. Paden had been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

¯ Jeremy M. Safford, Warren. Safford had been charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

The following defendants were held for court:

¯ John A. Snyder, Warren. Snyder has been charged with two counts of fail to verify address/be photographed.

¯ Kellen P. Taydus, Youngsville. Taydus has been charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.
