Two defendants pled guilty while one was held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants pled guilty:

¯ Devin C. Adams, Irvine, to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia while four additional counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn. At a second docket, Adams pled guilty to marijuana – small amount personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia and disregard traffic lane. A count of required financial responsibility was withdrawn.

¯ Matthew S. Henry, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia. Two additional counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

Jarred E. Danielson, Pittsfield, was held for court. He faces charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.
