LAKEWOOD, N.Y. — A Jamestown, N.Y., man allegedly drank from two containers of milk and then returned them to the shelf without paying at the Lakewood Walmart.

Around 9:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 29, Lakewood-Busti police officers responded to a report of criminal mischief.

Andrew S. Vanguilder, of Jamestown, N.Y., had allegedly removed two containers of milk from the cooler, drank from both of them, and then placed them back in the cooler with no intention to pay for them.

Vanguilder was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and released with a ticket to appear in the Town of Busti (N.Y.) court at a later date.
