Thursday arraignment hearings

Two guilty pleas were entered while nine not guilty pleas were entered during arraignment proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday.

The following defendants pled guilty:

¯ Fletcher T. Kay, Warren, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/combination alcohol and drugs – first offense, disregard traffic lane and fail to carry license were not prosecuted.

¯ Ralph R. Pratt, to criminal attempt (retail theft – take merchandise). A count of retail theft – take merchandise was not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

¯ Pamela Devore, Muncy, Pa. Devore has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Tyler M. Engle, Pittsfield. Engle has been charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements, provide accurate information, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles.

¯ Benjamin J. Ernewein, Sugar Grove. Ernewein has been charged with simple assault.

¯ Little A. Goodwill, Otto, NY. Goodwill has been charged with two counts of retail theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

¯ Julia A. Johnson, Dewitville, NY. Johnson has been charged with retail theft – take merchandise.

¯ Larry J. McMillen, Sugar Grove. McMillen has been charged with DUI: General impairment – first offense and careless driving.

¯ Chad D. Nudd, Warren. Nudd has been charged with criminal mischief – damage property.

¯ Brandon L. Oaks, Sugar Grove. Oaks has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving at safe speed, depositing waste on highway, careless driving, reckless driving, no headlights and operating vehicle without a valid inspection.

¯ Steven R. Snyder, Warren. Snyder has been charged with terroristic threats.
