City of Warren

Bench Warrant. At 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, Warren County Sheriff’s Deputies, assisted by City of Warren Police, arrested Janelle Jones, 30, of Warren, on a bench warrant issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas for failure to appear for change of plea court on the original charges of DUI controlled substance. She was placed in Warren County Prison pending further court action.

Mead Twp.

Collision. At 7:37 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, a 17-year-old male, of Warren, was traveling east on Chapman Dam Rd. when a deer entered the roadway. The male attempted to avoid the deer with his vehicle by traveling to the southbound berm. In doing so, the vehicle traveled down an embankment and struck a tree before coming to final rest. The vehicle sustained heavy damage between the 10-2 o’clock positions and was towed from the scene by Koebly’s Towing. The driver sustained minor injuries to his legs and was later evaluated at Warren General Hospital.

Jamestown, N.Y.

Outstanding Warrant. At 4:12 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, Jamestown City Police Officers observed a male and female walking in Brooklyn Square, Jamestown, NY. The female was known as Monica Pacheco, 35, of Jamestown, NY, and had a confirmed outstanding warrant out of Warren County. The male was identified as Tony Stebbins, 32, of Jamestown, NY, who also had a confirmed outstanding warrant out of Warren County. Both Pacheco and Stebbins were taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail without incident. Both are being held pending arraignment through Jamestown City Court on the charges of fugitive from justice.

Chautauqua County, NY

DWI. At 8:38 p.m. Monday, November 18, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped a vehicle on Plank Rd, Clymer, NY, for an alleged traffic violation. The driver Lawrence N. Doutt, of Columbus, was arrested and charge with DWI, DWI per se and speed in zone. Doutt is scheduled to appear in the Town of Clymer Court, NY, at a later date.
