Terroristic Threats. A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment on Thursday, November 14, following an investigation into threats.

Harassment. A 14-year-old juvenile was cited for harassment on Friday, November 15, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft. Between 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, and 6 a.m. Monday, Nov. 11, someone caused damage to fuel lines of two different buses at Johnson Transportation, LLC, Youngsville, to siphon gas from the tanks. Approximately 45 gallons of gas was stolen. Anyone with information is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Hit and Run. At 7:40 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, a 17-year-old male, of Pittsfield, was traveling west on Old Pittsfield Road near Abraham Road. An unknown driver was traveling east partially in the oncoming lane. The 17-year-old male allegedly moved over to the shoulder of the road in an attempt to avoid a collision and was struck by the oncoming vehicle. The operater of the oncoming vehicle then left the scene. The vehicle is described as an all-black Dodge Ram 1500 pick-up truck with a Steelers vanity plate with names on the front of the vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this collision is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police, Warren.
