Then & Now

Photo courtesy of the Warren County Historical Society/Times Observer photo by Brian Ferry This crossing of the Pennsylvania Railroad in Youngsville cuts through West Maine Street through what will eventually become U.S. Route 6 sometime before 1953. Youngsville was served by the P.R.R. in addition to other lines that were abandoned much earlier. Today the same railway cuts across West Maine street in Youngsville, while U.S. Route 6 blazes it’s trail across the entire northern tier of Pennsylvania.
