City of Warren

Disorderly Conduct. A 14-year-old juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct on Wednesday, October 16, after officers were contacted for a juvenile making inappropriate comments.

Not Yielding. Brittany Long, 27, of Warren, was cited for not yielding the roadway on Wednesday, October 16, following a two-vehicle accident on PA and Parker.

Driving Without License. Matthew Henry, 27, of Warren, was cited for driving without a license on Wednesday, October 16, following a one-vehicle accident at Jackson and Carver.

Road Rage. Scott Shirlaw, 41, of Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and harassment on Wednesday, October 16, following a report of a road rage incident.

Harassment. Alicia Anthony, 43 and Pamela Devore, 39, both residents of the Warren County Jail, were cited for harassment on Friday, October 18, after they were involved in a fight.

Hit and Run. Amy Massa, 49, of Warren, was cited for accident damage to unattended vehicle or property on Monday, October 21, following a hit and run accident on Irvine Street.

Driving Privilege Suspended/Revoked. Nathan Lang, 28, of Warren, was cited for driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked on Monday, October 21, following a two-vehicle accident at Market and PA.

Columbus Township

Harass Physical Contact. At 2:49 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, Pennsylvania State Police Warren investigated an incident that occurred between a 25-year-old male patient, of Warren, and a 24-year-old male employee, of Kane. The employee was allegedly assaulted by the patient. Charges were filed through MDJ 37-3-01.

Two-Vehicle Accident. At 10:38 a.m., Tuesday, October 22, Timothy J. Holthouse, 64, of Clymer, N.Y., was traveling east on State Route 957 driving slowly due to a stopped delivery vehicle in the roadway. Donald B. Hulihan, 62, of Sugar Grove, was also traveling east behind Holthouse’s vehicle. Hulihan’s vehicle allegedly impacted the rear of Holthouse’s vehicle. Hulihan’s vehicle came to final rest at the impact point and Holthouse’s vehicle was moved off of the roadway. Hulihan and his passenger, Sandra M. Hulihan, 64, of Sugar Grove, both reported suspected minor injuries and were transported by Corry Ambulance Service to Corry Memorial Hospital. Holthouse reported no injuries and was not transported. Hulihan was charged with following too closely. Pennsylvania State Police Corry were assisted on scene by Corry Fire Department, Corry Ambulance Service and Leroy’s Towing.
