Theft from Building. At 10:35 a.m., Thursday, October 17, a 42-year-old female’s, of Warren, cell phone was allegedly stolen out of a locker in the employee locker room at Blue Stem, Murray Drive, Pleasant Township. Investigation is pending. The cell phone was an LG K10 with a Monster Energy sticker on the back, valued at $200. If anyone has any information regarding this incident please contact Pennsylvania State Police Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Conewango Twp.

DUI/Possession/Drug Paraphernalia. At 1 a.m., Thursday, September 26, a report was taken by Conewango Township Police about a female that was passed out in the Sheetz parking lot. Upon investigation it was discovered that Lindsey Markey, of Warren, allegedly drove to Sheetz and was found to be in possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. Markey was charged with one count of DUI, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of a controlled substance. Conewango Township Police Department was assisted by Warren City Fire and Ambulance and Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

DUI/Possession/Retail Theft. At 5:19 p.m., Wednesday, October 16, Felicia Durham, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, allegedly stole several items from Label Shopper, 1600 Block of Market Street, Conewango Township, and proceeded to drive until being stopped in the City of Warren. Law enforcement recovered stolen items, drugs and drug paraphernalia. It was also discovered Durham was allegedly under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substance. Devon Smith, of Lowell, Michigan, allegedly provided a false identification to law enforcement and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia in the same incident. Durham was charged with one count of DUI, one count of retail theft, one count of receiving stolen property, one count of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one count of driving under suspension. Smith was charged with one count of false I.D. to law enforcement, two counts of drug paraphernalia and one count of open container. Both Durham and Smith were placed into the Warren County Prison. Conewango Township Police were assisted by Pennsylvania State Police, Warren County Police and Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Two-Vehicle Accident. At 11:39 a.m., Saturday, October 19, Joshua S. Cassatt, 41, of Warren, was traveling northbound on Jackson Run Road when Elizabeth G. Falvo, 74, of Warren entered the roadway from the Lowe’s parking lot. Falvo’s vehicle was turning left to travel southbound on Jackson Run Road. Cassatt attempted to stop his vehicle, leaving approximately 22 feet of tire marks in the roadway before striking Falvo’s vehicle on the driver’s side near the rear axle. Falvo’s vehicle spun counterclockwise and came to final rest against Cassatt’s vehicle in the roadway. Both Cassatt and Falvo were wearing their seat belts at the time of the collision. Airbags were deployed in Cassatt’s vehicle. No injuries were reported as a result of this collision. Falvo’s vehicle was towed from the scene by Koebley’s Garage. Cassatt’s vehicle was towed from the scene by a private tow. Pennsylvania State Police Warren were assisted on the scene by North Warren Volunteer Fire Department and EmergyCare. Falvo was charged with vehicle entering or crossing roadway.
