Unlawful Dogs to Run at Large. Jennifer Olander, 40, of Warren, was cited for unlawful to allow dogs to run at large on Saturday, October 12, after officers received a report of a dog charging a neighbor.

One-Vehicle Accident. At 12:35 p.m., Saturday, October 2, Olivia C. Horner, 27, of Warren was allegedly driving a 2007 Dodge Caliber at a speed too fast for conditions of the roadway on Preston Road. Horner’s vehicle rolled on its left side while traveling off the roadway where it struck an embankment on the east side of the roadway with the top of the vehicle. After impact, Horner’s vehicle came to final rest on its top in the embankment facing west. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Horner was charged with driving vehicle at safe speed. Pennsylvania State Police Warren were assisted on scene by Emergycare, Starbrick VFD and Dykes Garage.

Two-Vehicle Accident. At 11:03 a.m., Sunday, October 13, Coralee R. Wenzel, 64, of Warren, was traveling eastbound on State Route 6 behind Teena M. Livingston, 47, of Corry also traveling eastbound on SR 6. Wenzel’s vehicle was allegedly traveling too closely behind Livingston’s vehicle. Livingston began to slow her vehicle town to negotiate a left turn onto Dutchman Run Road when Wenzel’s vehicle made initial impact with Livingston’s bumper of her vehicle. After impact, Wenzel’s vehicle came to final rest on the south shoulder of SR 6 facing eastbound, Livingston drove her vehicle to a nearby parking lot just east of the accident. Wenzel reported no injuries as a result of the accident. Livingston nor her 3-year-old female passenger, of Youngsville, reported injuries as a result of the accident. Pennsylvania State Police Warren were assisted on scene by Clarendon VFD and Koebly’s Towing. Wenzel was charged with following too closely. Livingston was charged with driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked.
