Monday plea hearings
Four guilty pleas were entered during change of plea proceedings held on Monday at the Warren County Courthouse before Judge Gregory Hammond.
¯ Charles A. Bailor, Warren, to persons not to possess, use, etc. firearms. Charges of distribution or sale of noncontrolled substance and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.
¯ Donald J. Fink, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: Controlled substances/impaired ability – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/schedule I – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule II or III – first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense were not prosecuted.
¯ Tammy L. Furlow, Jamestown, NY, to conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver). Charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) were not prosecuted.
¯ Elizabeth A. Klark, Warren, to conspiracy (retail theft). A count of retail theft was not prosecuted.
