City of Warren

Burglary. Brandon MCaulay, 20, of Youngsville, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property following an investigation into a break-in that occurred on Sunday, September 15. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizances.

Possession. David Nulph, 35, of Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Thursday, September 12, after officers took him into custody on an active warrant.

Mead Twp.

Possession. At 1:26 a.m., Wednesday, September 11, Shelley Fink, 50, of Clarendon, was contacted and allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. She was transported to Warren General Hospital for a medical issue. Charges were filed through District Court 37-3-01. Officers were assisted by Warren City EMS.
