City of Warren

DUI. Kayla Brown, 27, of Erie, was charged with DUI – general impairment, DUI – unsafe driving, DUI – .16% or higher, DUI – controlled substance (2 Counts), reckless driving and operation of vehicle without required financial responsibility following a one vehicle accident on Thursday, July 19.

DUI. Kevin Powers, 31, of Warren, was charged with DUI – general impairment, DUI – crash, DUI – .10% to .16%, DUI – controlled substance 1st offense, DUI – controlled substance (4 counts) and careless driving following a one vehicle accident on Saturday, July 21.

Bad Checks. Linda Matie, 67, of Warren, was cited for bad checks on Thursday, August 15, after a check that she wrote in the amount of $180.99 to a local retailer was returned for non-sufficient funds.

Harassment. Kevin Gray, 37, of Warren, was cited for harassment on Friday, August 16, after officers responded to a domestic dispute.

Harassment. Stephanie Barr, 30, of Warren, and Patricia Vargas, 58, of Bradford, were both cited for harassment on Friday, August 16 after officers responded to a Domestic Dispute.

Fugitive from Justice. Joseph Dorsey, 25, of Sheffield, was charged with fugitive from justice after a warrant was received from NY State parole on Saturday, August 17.

Bear Lake Borough

Harass Physical Contact. Between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., Thursday, August 15, a 19-year-old female victim, of Bear Lake, and the 38-year-old male arrestee, of Bear Lake, became involved in an alleged heated verbal argument on Main Street. The argument allegedly turned physical when the arrestee slapped the victim in the face. The victim then left the scene and returned to her residence. Harassment charges pending in District Court 37-4-01 before Judge Todd Woodin.

Freehold Township

Residential Burglary. Between 12 p.m., Tuesday, July 2, and 9:56 a.m., Friday, August 16, an unknown actor allegedly unlawfully entered a 29-year-old male’s, of Bear Lake, barn on Dyer Rd, Bear Lake, and stole an orange Husqvarna 372 XP Chainsaw, 24″ bar, value $400. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police Corry.

Oil Creek Township

Recovered Vehicle. At 5 p.m., Friday, August 16, Pennsylvania State Police Corry received information regarding the location of an alleged stolen vehicle reported to Pennsylvania State Police Warren. Upon arrival to Newland Ave, Warren, the stolen vehicle was located and removed from the scene by Shambaugh’s Towing. The investigation is ongoing.
