Thursday plea hearings

A host of pleas were entered on Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda in the morning and Judge Gregory Hammond in the afternoon at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Andrew L. Bihon, Tidioute, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and obedience to traffic control devices. Charges of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and disregard traffic lane.

¯ Michael A. Campman, Youngsville, to false imprisonment, simple assault, resisting arrest and harassment.

¯ Donald R. Dare, Pittsfield, to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and harassment were not prosecuted.

¯ Randi L. Eck, Warren, to retail theft. A count of defiant trespass was not prosecuted.

¯ Ashley N. Gorton, Jamestown, NY, to possession with intent to deliver. A count of conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver) was not prosecuted.

¯ Andrew L. Miles, Warren, to simple assault and terroristic threats. Charges including two counts of recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.

¯ Zachary P. Muchzynski, Youngsville, to endangering welfare of a child, possession – small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges including two counts of endangering welfare of a child were not prosecuted.

¯ Laura A. Reed, Clarendon, to driving an unregistered vehicle. Charges of DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – second offense and careless driving were not prosecuted. Hammond then sentenced Reed to a total of $70 in fines.

¯ Christina K. Toobin, Meadville, to DUI: Controlled substance – Schedule I – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: Controlled substances – impaired ability – first offense and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ David J. Tremblay, Jr., Warren, to accident involving damage attended vehicle/property, duties at stop signs, careless driving, required financial responsibility and driving while operating privilege suspended/revoked. Charges of accident involving damage attended vehicle/property, fail to stop and give information or render aid, fail to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and driving an unregistered vehicle.

¯ Tammie L. Yonkers to a count of receiving stolen property. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

The following defendants entered not guilty pleas:

¯ Charles R. Earls, Spartansburg. Earls has been charged with accident involving damage attended vehicle/property, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while license suspended/revoked, fail to keep right, turning movements and required signals, driving at safe speed, reckless driving, fail to stop and give information or render aid, give false information, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, fail to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle.

¯ John Lusk, Jr., Warren. Lusk has been charged with accident involving damage attended vehicle/property, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, careless driving, false reports and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Thomas E. Malone, Warren. Malone has been charged with bad checks.

¯ Nolan A. Martin, Warren. Martin has been charged with simple assault, harassment and harassment.

¯ Gary L. McGregor, Jr., Warren. McGregor has been charged with indecent assault person less than 13 years of age, corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above and indecent assault person unconscious.

¯ Shontrail Maye, Clarendon. Maye has been charged with DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance – combination alcohol/drugs, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, driving while operating privilege suspended/revoked and disorderly conduct – obscene language/gesture.

¯ Christopher D. Morley, Warren. Morley has been charged with two counts of possession of controlled substances – contraband/inmate and possession of marijuana.

¯ Josue F. Munoz, Corry. Munoz has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, fail to notify change in address, required financial responsibility, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed and careless driving.

¯ Daniel S. Petruccello, Lakewood, NY. Petruccello has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ John E. Porr, Warren. Poor has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense, operate vehicle without valid inspection and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.

¯ Gene D. Sonney, Spring Creek. Sonney has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving.

¯ Daniel S. Wees, Sheffield. Wees faces charges of criminal mischief – damage property and harassment.

¯ Robert J. Yount, Rixford, Pa. Yount has been charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, simple assault, disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise and harassment.

The following defendant entered a no contact plea:

¯ Gregory S. Havican, Erie, to theft by unlawful taking.

Bench warrants were issued for the arrest of the following individuals who failed to appear for court on Thursday:

¯ Patrick M. Clark, Indiana, Pa. Clark faces charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first, resisting arrest, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving, reckless driving, fail to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle and restraint systems.

¯ Ernest E. Cumbie, Strasburg, Va. Cumbie faces charges of theft by unlawful taking and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered.

¯ Austin K. Fiscus, Warren. Fiscus has been charged with terroristic threats.

¯ Patricia I. Johnson, Frewsburg, NY. Johnson has been charged with theft by deception, three counts of procure for self/other drug by fraud and identity theft.

¯ Noel Luciano, Jamestown, NY. Luciano faces charges of aggravated assault, three counts of simple assault, resisting arrest and three counts of harassment.

¯ Xiomara Mercado, Jamestown, NY. Mercado has been charged with retail theft and defiant trespass.

¯ Kristen L. Raymond, Jamestown, NY. Raymond faces charges at two dockets including retail theft at one and theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property at a second.

¯ Jonathan M. Santry, Erie. Santry has been charged with theft by deception.

¯ Joseph E. Werth, Warren. Werth has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – second offense, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – second offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – second offense and careless driving.
