Photo submitted to Times Observer This year’s All-County Musical ‘Newsies’ is the first with full access to the newly renovated WAHS auditorium.

Newsies is set to hit stands March 14.

Newsies is a Disney musical based on the news boys strike of 1899. And also the All-County Musical for 2019.

The show will be on stage Thursday to Saturday, March 14, 15, and 16, at 7 p.m. in the auditorium of Warren Area High School. There will also be a matinee show at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 16.

They will also be putting on the show for grades 4 through 8.

This is the All-County Musical’s first year with full-time access to the Warren Area High School auditorium, with the renovation now complete. With that comes new sound, light, and stage elements for the production.

In addition to dozens of actors from Warren County School District, the show will also feature 15 to 20 All-County Musical alumni in multiple scenes throughout the show and gymnasts from Warren YMCA.

Tickets will be on sale in the WAHS lobby from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 11, and Wednesday, March 13. Tickets will also be available prior to the show.
