Eleven defendants enter pleas

The following defendants entered pleas before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday.

¯ Cassandra Gesin, Grand Valley, to hinder apprehension or prosecution. Charges of obstructing administration of law or other governmental function and false reports to law enforcement officers were not prosecuted.

¯ Michael Grimm, Spencerport, NY, to receiving stolen property. At a second docket, he pled guilty to trademark counterfeiting and unlawful device making equipment possession. Charges of identity theft, organized retail theft, conspiracy (organized retail theft), forgery, conspiracy (forgery), conspiracy (trademark counterfeiting), access device fraud, conspiracy (access device fraud), trademark counterfeiting manufacturing and conspiracy (trademark counterfeiting manufacturing were not prosecuted.

¯ Dustin Tyler Hepler-Kostreba, Warren, to false identification to law enforcement. A count of driving without a license was not prosecuted.

¯ Dakota Leeray Hochstine, Warren, to corruption of minors. A count of concealment of the whereabouts of a child was not prosecuted.

¯ Andrea L. Leroy, Lakewood, NY, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and driving on right side of roadway were not prosecuted.

¯ Ricky L. Powell, Corry, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense, driving while license suspended or revoked, operating on streets and highways and unlawful operate snowmobile/ATV in a careless way. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol – first offense, operating vehicle without required financial responsibility and driving at safe speed were not prosecuted.

¯ Shawn Seekins, Warren, to two counts of statutory sexual assault – four to eight years older. Two counts of corruption of minors – defendant age 18 or above were not prosecuted.

¯Edmund P. Sennett, Tidioute, to DUI: High rate of alcohol – second offense. Charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – second offense and DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with accident – second offense was not prosecuted.

¯ Ashley Streit, Clarendon, to false swearing. A count of perjury was not prosecuted.

¯ Luis M. Vazquez-Flores, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and careless driving. Charges of driving on right side of roadway and roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua D. Wightman, Rimersburg, to theft from a motor vehicle. Charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

Bench warrants were issued for the following individuals who failed to appear:

¯ James Livingston III, Union City. Livingston has been charged with two counts each of receiving stolen property and conspiracy (receiving stolen property).

¯ Nathan S. Marcy, Wattsburg. Marcy has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Minor – first offense, turning movements and required signals, minor prohibited/operating with alcohol, restraint systems and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.
