Two defendants pled guilty and charges were withdrawn against another during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday before District Justice Todd Woodin.

The following pled guilty:

¯ Brian Billquist, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Chevy Haskins, Warren, to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Two additional counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn.

A count of criminal mischief – damage property was withdrawn against Joshua Jennings, Youngsville.
