Four guilty pleas were entered while charges were withdrawn against one during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Garrett J. Anderson, 23, Pittsfield, to criminal mischief — damage property.

¯ Justin A. Anderson, 31, Warren, to criminal mischief — damage property. A count of institutional vandalism was withdrawn. At a second docket, a count of simple assault was withdrawn while a count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

¯ Matthew D. Johnson, 31, Warren, to disorderly conduct. A count of communications with 911 was withdrawn.

¯ Donald S. Seither, 34, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charges were withdrawn against Linda J. Welch, 28, Belle Vernon, Pa. Welch had been charged with aggravated assault and simple assault. A count of harassment was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.
