19-year-old charged for sending explicit video to minors

A 19-year-old is behind bars and faces charges stemming from allegations that he sent sexually explicit videos to multiple juvenile females.

Ethan J. Massa, 618 Prospect St., was charged by City of Warren police.

Police were alerted by Warren County Children and Youth Services that a 15-year-old female had received a sexually explicit video from Massa, who she had also met at Beaty Park, where he “asked the juvenile to come home with him to have sex.”

The incident is alleged to have occurred in early November.

The juvenile told authorities that she met Massa at the park where he attempted to lure her again, telling police he “repeatedly attempted to get the victim to have sex with him.”

Police allege Massa then sent additional messages as well as the video that depicted him masturbating.

Police then made contact with a second juvenile who “admitted that (Massa) had sent the video to her and she was shocked and the video was unwanted.”

Online court records show that Massa was charged with two counts of unlawful contact with a minor – obscene and other sexual materials and performances and two counts of corruption of minors.

He was arraigned by District Judge Raymond Zydonik and placed in the county jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
