Obstruction. Anthony T. Ponick, 35, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 31 with obstructing the administration of law and furnishing drug free urine — use or attempt from an incident that occurred on Aug. 13 in the City of Warren.
Strangulation. Brian A.J. Henderson, 32. Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 31 with strangulation, simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment from an incident that occurred on Aug. 31 in the City of Warren.
N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer
Terroristic threats. Douglas E. Wallech, 22, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 31 with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and communications with 911 from an incident that occurred on Aug. 6 in Conewango Twp.

Found property. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sept. 1 a set of apparently new RV keys were found in the area of Follett Run Rd. Anyone wishing to claim the keys is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at (814) 723-7553.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Theft. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone siphoned gas from the work truck of a 62-year-old Sugar Grove man sometime between July 23 and Aug. 23. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
