Chad D. Nudd, 50, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 3 with two counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person from an incident that occurred on March 3 in the City of Warren.

Nolan D.R. Nudd, 20, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on March 3 with two counts of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person from an incident that occurred on March 3 in the City of Warren.

Timothy J. Fry, 30, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Feb. 25 with marijuana — small amount personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and required financial responsibility from an incident that occurred on Feb. 25 in the City of Warren.
