DUI. Michael J. Restivo, 54, Titusville, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 27 with DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule I — first offense, DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — first offense, driving at safe speed and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Sept. 10 in Southwest Twp.
Possession. Thomas J. Kish, 41, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Oct. 28 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 21 in Pleasant Township.
Sugar Grove
Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Oct. 24 at 9:59 a.m. A 2005 Nissan Altima, driven by a 17-year-old male, Sugar Grove, was traveling west on Race St. and failed to stop while a 2009 Kia Spectra, driven by Jean L. Gomory, 41, Warren, was stopped to make a left turn onto Curtis St, rear-ending the vehicle. No injuries were reported and the juvenile was cited for following too closely.
