Child endangerment plea entered Thursday

A Bear Lake woman has pled guilty to possession and child endangerment charges in the wake of poisoning a 4-month-old child with methamphetamine.

Kodie L. Fuller entered the plea on Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda to possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted.

Skerda said that the child was exposed to methamphetamine and suffered methamphetamine poisoning, noting that there was paraphernalia in the vicinity of the child.

Here are the other pleas that were entered on Thursday:

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Joshua D. Lowery, Warren, to simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness while a count of aggravated assault was not prosecuted.

¯ Andre J. Roche, Sheffield, to DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — first offense, carrying and exhibiting driver’s license on demand and operating a vehicle without valid inspection. Charges of DUI: General impairment — incapable of safe driving — first offense and careless driving were not prosecuted.

The following defendants pled not guilty:

¯ Thomas A. Harriger, Clarendon. Harriger has been charged with terroristic threats, two counts of simple assault and harassment.

¯ Christopher S. Mangione, Bradford. Mangione has been charged with fraud alter/forge/counterfeit title, registration, insurance, possession/sale/use display documents, display known fictitious/stolen/issued for inspection, operate a vehicle without a valid inspection and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.

¯ Jose J. Reyna, Spartansburg, Pa. Reyna has been charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements.

¯ Nicholas R. Ward, Warren. Ward has been charged with criminal mischief — damage property, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
