One defendant pleaded guilty while another was held for court during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

Jared Christian, Warren, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection were not prosecuted.

Kenneth O. Peters, Sugar Grove, was held for court on all charges. He faces charges of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – third offense, DUI: High rate — third offense, two counts of driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended, driving an unregistered vehicle, display plate card in improper vehicle, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property, careless driving and public drunkenness.
