Devin William-Miles Powell, 28, Clarendon, was charged by City of Warren police on Aug. 18 with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana — small amount personal use and driving an unregistered vehicle from an offense that occurred on July 29 in the City of Warren.

Contempt. Christopher M. Nielsen, 43, Wattsburg, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 18 with contempt for violation of order or agreement from an incident that occurred on Aug. 18 in Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Erica I. Caldwell, 34, Mount Jewett, Pa., was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 18 with retail theft — take merchandise from an incident that occurred on Aug. 13 in Conewango Twp.

DUI. Brendon J. Garrett, 26, Warren, was charged by Conewango Township police on Aug. 18 with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and DUI” Highest rate of alcohol — first offense from an incident that occurred on Aug. 15 in Conewango Twp.

Disorderly conduct. Brittany L. Anderson, 34, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Aug. 18 with disorderly conduct — engage in fighting and criminal mischief from an incident that occurred on Aug. 11 in Conewango Twp.

Spring Creek Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to an activated burglar alarm at the Deer Head Inn, Rt. 426. Police say that someone smashed a window on the east side of the business and opened the window to gain entry. It is unknown if any items were stolen. Police say the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
