Sentences handed down Friday in county court

Judge Gregory Hammond handed down the following sentences on Friday morning at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Tonya Anderson, Warren, to 10 months to two years less one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for 199 days time served, one year probation, $1,725 in fines and fees, work release and early reentry eligibility, submission of a DNA sample, compliance with mental health recommendations, a drug and alcohol evaluation and compliance with recommendations and 60 hours of community service on a count of possession with intent to deliver as well as one year probation, a $300 fine and 20 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Phillip R. Beardsley, Youngsville, to six months probation including 72 hours house arrest with SCRAM monitoring, $1,750 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense as well as $70 on a count of disregard traffic lane.

¯ Blair Daniels, Jamestown, NY, to 151 days to two years less one day incarceration with credit for 151 days time served, $875 in fines and fees, compliance with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations and 50 hours of community service on a count of institutional vandalism – educational facility.

¯ Xiomara Mercado, Jamestown, NY, to eight months to two years less one day incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for nine days time served, one year probation, work release and early reentry eligibility, $1,125 in fines and fees, 40 hours of community service, submission of a DNA sample, $6.49 in restitution and to not enter any Walmart property on a count of retail theft.

¯ Brandon L. Oaks, Sugar Grove, to six months probation, $1,025 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment and 15 hours of community service on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense as well as $70 each on charges of disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed, careless driving and no headlights.

¯ Joshua J. Owens, Warren, to six months probation including 72 hours house arrest with drug patch monitoring, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, $1,550 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – first offense; one year probation, a $300 fine and 30 hours of community service on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia; one year probation, $600 in fines and fees and 30 hours of community service on a count of possession of a controlled substance and $70 on a count of driving an unregistered vehicle.

¯ Jody L. Thomson, Warren, to six months probation, $850 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and a drug and alcohol evaluation and compliance with recommendations on a count of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and $245 on a count of driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked.

¯ Kayla R. Wilson-Zimmerman, Warren, to six months probation including 72 hours house arrest with SCRAM monitoring, $1,750 in fines and fees, participation in the alcohol highway safety school and victim impact panel programs, 15 hours of community service and a 12 month license suspension on a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense; one year probation, a $500 fine and 30 hours of community service on a count of recklessly endangering another person and $70 on a count of careless driving.

Bench warrants were issued for the following defendants for failure to appear:

¯ Zachary B. Miller, Warren. Miller was to be sentenced on charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving without a license.

¯ Thairy Rosario, Jamestown, NY. Rosario was to be sentenced on a count of simple assault.

¯ Jessica M. Wolfgang, Warren, who was to be sentenced to charges at two dockets. At one, Wolfgang was to be sentenced on charges of possess small amount/distribute not sell, driving an unregistered vehicle, required financial responsibility and operate a vehicle without valid inspection. At the other docket, Wolfgang was to be sentenced on charges of contraband/non-controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
