Pleas entered Monday in county court

President Judge Maureen Skerda accepted the following pleas during change of plea proceedings at the Warren County Courthouse on Monday.

¯ Joshua M. Baumgratz, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.

¯ Joshua F. Benton, Clarendon, to simple assault — mutual consent. A count of harassment was not prosecuted. A count of strangulation had previously been withdrawn.

¯ Seneca M. Booth, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of a controlled substance/inmate, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

¯ Vanessa A. Clark, Kane, Pa., to charges at two dockets. At one, Clark pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance while a count of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted. At a second docket, Clark pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver while charges including possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana were not prosecuted.

¯ Timothy A. Edwards, Warren, to unlawful restraint — serious bodily injury and simple assault. Charges of strangulation — applying pressure to throat or neck and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted. A count of criminal attempt — rape — forcible compulsion had previously been withdrawn.

¯ Stuart N. Frantz, Sheffield, to possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of criminal use of a communications facility, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection were not prosecuted.

¯ Steven A. Germonto, Sheffield, to retail theft and resisting arrest. Charges of flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

¯ Kenneth A. Littlefield, IV, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving with refusal — first offense, registration card to be signed/exhibited on demand and careless driving. Charges of required financial responsibility, driving on right side of roadway and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

¯ Linda Manderfeld, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking.

¯ Lindsey P. Markey, Warren, to charges at four dockets. At one, Markey pled guilty to DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule II or III — first offense. Charges of DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — first offense and DUI: Controlled substance/metabolite — first offense were not prosecuted. At a second docket, Markey pled guilty to DUI: Controlled substance — impaired ability — second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia while charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted. At a third docket, Markey pled guilty to criminal mischief and harassment while a count of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted. Charges of aggravated assault and simple assault at that docket had been previously withdrawn. At a fourth docket, Markey pled guilty to criminal attempt — theft by unlawful taking, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and criminal attempt — receiving stolen property were not prosecuted. A count of aggravated assault at that docket bad been previously withdrawn.

¯ Adam L. Matie, Sugar Grove, to simple assault. A count of endangering the welfare of children was not prosecuted.

¯ Bradley J. McCaslin, Warren, to possession with intent to deliver and DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability — second offense. Charges of DUI: Controlled substance — Schedule II or III — second offense, fail to use safety belt, improper stop and violate hazard regulation were not prosecuted.

¯ Jason E. Paden, Pittsfield, to terroristic threats. A count of endangering the welfare of a child was not prosecuted.

¯ Steven W. Smith, Bradford, to charges at two dockets. At one, Smith pled guilty to theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered and criminal attempt — access device fraud while charges of receiving stolen property and criminal attempt — access device fraud were not prosecuted. At the second docket, Smith pled guilty to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — second offense and careless driving while a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol — second offense was not prosecuted.

¯ Wanda Streit, Sheffield, to retail theft. A count of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted. Skerda then sentenced Streit to one yea probation, $775 in fines and fees, $26.68 in restitution, 60 hours of community service and participation in the COG program.

¯ Lugene Sturdevant, Warren, to charges at multiple dockets. At one, Sturdevant pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and driving an unregistered vehicle while charges of adultering/misbranding any controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted. At a second, he pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A third docket with a sole count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

¯ Michelle A. Wilson, Warren, to DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving — first offense and failure to stop at red signal. A count of DUI: High rate of alcohol — first offense was not prosecuted.
