Four defendants entered guilty pleas during preliminary hearings held on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

¯ Kenneth I. Anderson, Warren, to marijuana – small amount personal use. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and exceed 55 mph in other location by 5 mph were withdrawn.

¯ Jonna M. Arnold, Sheffield, to possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle, required financial responsibility and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Charges of failure to carry license and failure to carry registration were withdrawn.

¯ Douglas A. Burge, Russell, to defiant trespass.

¯ Syngyn L. Swartz, Warren, to possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.
