Sweitzer, 38, Sheffield, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on April 17 with DUI: Controlled substance/impaired ability – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule I – first offense, DUI: Controlled substance/Schedule II or III – first offense, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 30 in Sheffield Township.
Paraphernalia. Amanda D. Brown, 43, Sheffield, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on April 17 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked and obstructed window from an incident that occurred on April 14 in Sheffield Township.
Theft of services. Brook K. Zampogna, 42, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on April 17 with theft of services – acquisition of service from an incident that occurred on March 11 in the City of Warren

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on April 17 at 6:37 p.m. on Enterprise Rd. A 2018 Toyota 4-Runner driven by Hope P. Mando, 55, Erie, was traveling east. Police say control was lost on the snow and slush-covered roadway and the vehicle left the berm and struck a tree head-on. Police said Mando was taken to Titusville Hospital for the treatment of suspected minor injuries.
