False alarm. Darryl E. Wurst, 58, Clarendon, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office with false alarm to agency of public safety, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct – obscene language/gesture and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on April 12 in Clarendon Borough.

Sheffield Twp.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police received a report that someone was at the Sheffield Rod and Gun Club and found a firearm and firearm case located on one of the benches on April 5 at approximately 3:45 p.m. The owner may contact police at 728-3600 to claim the firearm. Proof of ownership will be required.

Southwest Twp.

Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident at 4:47 p.m. Thursday, April 9, on Rt. 27 north of Hunter School Rd. A 2017 Ford F250 Supercab, driven by Craig L. Bell, 50, Titusville, was traveling southbound on the road and traveled off of the roadway before striking a ditch. The vehicle continued south, striking a guide rail and another ditch before overturning onto the passenger side. Police say Bell was transported to UPMC Hamot for treatment of suspected serious injury and was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
