Criminal mischief. City of Warren police charged Sara H. Swanson, 32, Warren, on March 10 with criminal mischief – damage property and harassment on March 10 from an incident that occurred on March 3 in the City of Warren.

DUI. City of Warren police charged Patrick J. Malloy, 63, Warren, on March 16with two counts of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense and a single count of disorderly conduct from an incident that occurred on Feb. 23 in the City of Warren.

Fraud. City of Warren police charged James R. Lucas, 39, Warren, on March 9 with fraud alter/forge/counter title/registration/insurance, display known/fictitious/stolen issued for inspection and operating a vehicle without valid inspection from an incident that occurred on March 6 in the City of Warren.

Furnishing drug-free urine. City of Warren police charged Garrett J. Anderson, 22, Clarendon, on March 10 with furnishing drug free urine – use or attempt from an incident that occurred on March 9 in the City of Warren.

Possession. City of Warren police charged Rachel M. McDunn on March 18 with possession of a controlled substance and five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 17 in the City of Warren.

Possession. City of Warren police charged Russell S. Sims, 26, Jamestown, NY, on March 16 with marijuana – small amount personal use from an incident that occurred on March 12 in the City of Warren.

Possession. City of Warren police charged Sharriah L. Funkhouser, 24, Sugar Grove, on March 16 with four counts of possession of a controlled substance and a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on March 12 in the City of Warren.

Possession. City of Warren police charged Jaidynn R. Kendricks, 20, Warren, on March 16 with five counts of possession of a controlled substance, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of restrictions on alcoholic beverages from an incident that occurred on March 12 in the City of Warren.

Simple assault. Conewango Township police charged Chrystal Michelle Duckworth, 33, Warren, on March 18 with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment from an incident that occurred on March 18 in Conewango Township.

Northern Warren County – District Justice Laura Bauer

False statements. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police charged Constance M. States, 46, Warren on March 10 with materially false written statement – purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm and statement under penalty from an incident that occurred on Sept. 15, 2019 in Conewango Township.

Mead Twp.

Theft by deception. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that on March 11 a subject walked from Dollar General to the Budget Lodge parking lot and had pizza delivered on two separate occasions from Four Star Pizza and Pizza Hut. Police say that the individual paid with fake currency namely a $100 bill labeled “play money.” A detailed description of the subject was provided to police and the investigation is pending the review of surveillance video. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Pittsfield Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police report that someone threw rocks at several vehicles belonging to Insurance Auto Auction, 261 Hamilton Rd., Garland. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police.

Southwest Twp.

Accidental shooting. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were dispatched to the Titusville Area Hospital for a report of a gunshot wound victim on March 11 at about 3:45 p.m. Troopers discovered that the individual, an unidentified 24-year-old white male, discovered the subject was target shooting in the area of Stoney Hollow Lane in Southwest Township when he accidentally show himself in the thigh with a .22 caliber rifle.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Found property. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police reported that two portable safes were found off the side of the road at the intersection of Hazeltine Hollow Rd. and Patchen Hill Rd. Anyone missing a small portable safe is asked to contact state police.

Clarendon

Criminal mischief. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police were contacted by a S. Main St. resident regarding damage to her vehicle. The victim reported the back window of her vehicle – a 2013 Dodge Journey was broken while parked at a local establishment sometime between March 6 and March 8. Police say the investigation is on-going.
