Simple Assault. Arthur Russell Gruber, 68, of Irvine, was charged with simple assault and harassment – subject other to physical contact on Thursday, March 5, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.

Northern Warren County – District Justice Laura Bauer

Possession/Harassment. Marcus Peart, 29, of Warren, was charged with marijuana – small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, and harassment – subject other to physical contact on Friday, March 6, by Pennsylvania State Police Warren.

Central Warren County – District Justice Raymond Zydonik

DUI. Jacob Kiser, 24, of Warren, was charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense and firearm not to be carried/without license – no criminal violence, on Saturday, March 7, by Warren City Police Department. Kiser was charged separately with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, DUI: General impairment/incapable of driving safely – first offense, resist arrest, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, careless driving, and driving at safe speed on Saturday, Mar. 7, by Warren City Police Department.

Conewango Township

DUI. At 10:10 p.m. Friday, March 6, Conewango Township Police Department was alerted to an erratic driver at the 1300 block of Jackson Run Rd. Following a search of the area, it was discovered that a vehicle matching the description allegedly committed a traffic violation which was cause for a traffic stop. The driver was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. The driver, Charles Phillips II, was taken into custody and charged with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate (0.16 or greater) and careless driving. Conewango Township Police Department was assisted by the Warren County Sherriff’s Office.
