Child endangerment. City of Warren police reported that Joseph Pitner, 26, Warren, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police received a report of a man stumbling in the roadway at Pennsylvania Ave. and Conewango Ave. on May 12.

Theft. City of Warren police reported that Chad Goodwin, 43, Warren, was charged with theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception on May 16 following an investigation into a theft from his employer.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that A 17-year-old male was charged with disorderly conduct and a violation of the city ordinance pertaining to the use of air rifles restricted on May 17 after police responded to a report of a man on a roof with a gun.

Defiant trespass. City of Warren police reported that Gregory Kepple, 58, was cited for defiant trespass on May 6 after he was found sleeping at a business after he had been given a notice of trespass previously.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that Robert Edwards, 36, Warren, was cited for harassment on May 7 after police responded to a report of a fight.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that Christina Garris, 23, Warren, was cited for a left turn violation following a two vehicle traffic accident at Market St. and Fifth Ave.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that Randy Hildum, 38, and Tara Holmberg, 42, both of Warren were cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on May 14 after police responded to a report of a fight.
