Harassment. Tyler Constable, 21, Warren was cited for Harassment after police received a report of a past tense assault on April 25.

DUI. Shawn Smith, 37, Warren was charged with DUI – Controlled Substance & Driving while Suspended on May 5 after police responded to a report of a male passed out in a vehicle on February 25.

Charged. Jessica Neizmik, 31, Warren was charged with Endangering the Welfare of children on May 1 following an investigation into multiple reports that she left her children home unsupervised.

Cited. David Martinelli Jr., 22, Warren was cited for Driving Wrong Way following a two vehicle accident on Plum Street on May 2.

Cited. Makalah Lounsbury, 19, Jamestown NY was cited for Disorderly Conduct on May 4 after police responded to a report of an intoxicated subject.

Cited. Dorothy Burdick, 59, Warren was cited with Disorderly Conduct after officers responded to her residence on multiple complaints or loud noise on May 4.

Cited. Joyce Bidwell, 47, Warren was cited with Public Drunkenness on May 6 after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated female falling in the roadway. She was placed in the Warren County Jail on an Emergency Commitment.

Youngsville

Criminal Mischief. Youngsville Police are investigating damages being done to the Island Park rest rooms sometime in the first week of May. Unknown subject/s damaged the door knobs, locks and light bulbs. Anyone with information is asked to contact Youngsville Police at 563-7555 or Crimestoppers for a reward.
