Pleas entered at arraignment court

The following pleas were entered during arraignment proceedings on Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

Denny Patrick Meabon, Warren, pled guilty to simple assault and harassment. A count of aggravated assault was not prosecuted.

The following defendants pled not guilty:

¯ Sarah Nicole Arnold, Warren. Arnold has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense, careless driving, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property and disregard traffic lane.

¯ Julie Ann Darling, Warren. Darling has been charged with conspiracy – acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance misrepresentation, criminal attempt – acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance misrepresentation, acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance misrepresentation and false identification to law enforcement officer.

¯ Dylan Michael Dennison, Russell. Dennison has been charged with two counts of DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: General impairment – first offense, DUI: Minor – first offense, purchase, etc. alcohol by a minor, fail to keep right, disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed, careless driving, minor prohibited operating with alcohol, accident damage to unattended vehicle or property and fail to notify police of accident/damage to vehicle.

¯ Kasey L. Hardwick, Sheffield. Hardwick has been charged with fraud obtain foodstamps/assistance.

¯ Thomas Boyd Havican, Sheffield. Havican has been charged with criminal trespass – enter structure, possession of a controlled substance, retail theft, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

¯ James Robert Houston, Lakewood, NY. Houston has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Houston also pled not guilty at a second docket where he has been charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

¯ Stephanie Christine Sachno, Warren. Sachno has been charged with DUI: General impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol – first offense and public drunkenness.

¯ Alison L. Vinopal, Sheffield. Vinopal has been charged with fraud obtain foodstamps/assistance.
