Theft. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Mark Irwin Shaffer, 25, of Youngsville, was charged with theft after an incident on October 30, 2016. Police say Shaffer collected money from a fundraiser at an area business and never turned it in. Charges for theft were filed through District Court 37-4-01.
