United Fund of Warren County Executive Director Lacey Hanson, and Torchlight Campaign co-chairs Rick Seager and Ruth Barnes-Shaw carry the Torchlight Campaign thermometer sign out of storage. The sign will gauge progress of the campaign at its usual post at the Post Office at the corner of Third and Liberty in Warren. The campaign target — for a full thermometer — is $680,000 this year.
