Watson Grage will hold meeting Monday

Wendy Hollabaugh, master, presided over the recent meeting of Watson Grange.

Watson junior members have been working on crafts and will meet again Sept. 28 to work on pumpkins which will be judged virtually. Dictionaries were distributed to all third graders at Tidioute Charter School. This is a national grange program and one of the many community services done by grange members throughout the United States.

April 19, will be the kick off for the 150th anniversary of the Pennsyvlania State Grange at Eagle Grange 1 in Lycoming County, which was organized in March 1871.

Warren-Forest Pomona Grange will be holding a drive-through fundraising beef dinner on Oct. 10 at 11 a.m. at the grange on the Warren County Fairgrounds. Pies will be available with pre-orders advised which will be due Saturday.Apple and red raspberry, either baked or frozen, as well as lemon and peanut butter will be available. Van Ord presented a program on the postal service. State grange photo contest will be done virtually with Watson’s judging done on today’s, the next regular meeting at 6 p.m with cider and donuts for refreshments. Fall road clean up will be done Oct. 5 at 5:30 p.m.
