ACC has some perfect solutions for staying in shape during our blustery winter weather.  How about working out (on your own schedule!) in the ACC exercise room with its assortment of user-friendly equipment?  Plus, you can enjoy a heated, carpeted walk on the ACC hallway which, after making 10 laps, will provide you a ? mile walk.  Walk as many laps as you like!  You might enjoy a Healthy Steps in Motion exercise class with Lynn Espin on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. (no sign-up required).  Stop by ACC and take a look.  All inquiries are welcome!

Remember to call ACC at 723-4180 by 11:00 a.m. 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE to make your noon lunch reservations.  A monthly meal calendar can be picked up at the center and meals can be reserved well in advance, just not less than 2 days in advance.  The suggested reserved-meal donation for all those 60 and over is $3.  All meals are well balanced and planned to provide maximum nutritional benefits.

ACC is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  ACC is closed on legal holidays and on those days when Warren County schools are closed unexpectedly due to bad weather.

The Warren-Forest Area Agency on Aging will serve the following lunch menu at various locations:  Allegheny Community Center in Warren, 02/06 thru 02/10:  Monday, roast turkey & gravy, homemade stuffing, baby carrots, wheat bread, warm cinnamon applesauce, birthday cake; Tuesday, spaghetti w/meatballs & sauce, mixed greens w/tomato, cukes, carrots, cabbage, Italian bread, sliced peaches; Wednesday, baked Pollock w/dill sauce, baked potato w/sour cream, Harvard beets, dinner roll, tropical fruit salad; Thursday, hot roast beef sandwich w/gravy, whipped potatoes, sweet peas & carrots,  sugar cookie; Friday, cheeseburger on wheat sandwich roll, lettuce, slice tomato, oven brown potatoes, fresh coleslaw, fresh seasonal fruit :  Marienville:  Mon., Wed., & Thurs. meals from the ACC lunch schedule;  Endeavor:  Tues., Wed., & Friday meals from the ACC lunch schedule; Tidioute:  Mon., Tuesday & Thurs. meals from the ACC lunch schedule; Sheffield: Mon., Thurs., & Fri. meals from the ACC lunch schedule.
