Class lunch

The Warren High School Class of 1957 will have a luncheon at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17,  at the Eagles Club.

Bridge scores

Tuesday afternoon at the Allegheny Community Center, Rosemary Hanson came in first followed by Donna Hickey.  At the Woman’s Club Thursday afternoon,  Rita Mancuso and Marjorie Polito were first and second.  Lynda McCollough and Marge Polito were first and second Thursday evening at the library.

Photo submitted to Times Observer McKissock was chosen Community Blood Bank's NWPA Region Donor Group of the Year from approximately 50 groups that host blood drives in Elk, McKean and Warren counties and Titusville in Crawford County. McKissock has been hosting blood drives with Community Blood Bank since October 2011 and since that time more than 250 units of livesaving blood has been donated by their dedicated employees. Less than 10 percent of the U.S. population donates -- about 28 percent of McKissock employees donate annually. Accepting the award from McKissock is Dori Duckett,  training and service coordinator.
