Possession. Sydney L. Smith, 18, Ashville, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Nov. 22 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Sept. 11 in Conewango Twp.

Fleeing. Joseph I. Martin, 22, Frewsburg, NY, was charged by Warren County Detectives on Nov. 23 with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, resisting arrest, follow too closely, driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, disregard traffic lane, pass left unsafe, driving at safe speed, two counts of driving without light to avoid identification or arrest, two counts of reckless driving and failure to stop at red signal from an incident that occurred on Oct. 18 in Conewango Twp.

Possession. Danielle K. Johnson, 28, Russell, was charged by the Warren County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 23 with possession of marijuananand possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 8 in Pine Grove Twp.
