Harassment. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a known 73 year old female from irvine was charged with harassment following an incident on April 12. Police say the suspect and another known female, 20, of Irvine, were involved in a verbal altercation which turned physical when the accused struck the victim.

Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. According to Conewango Township Police, William G. Hosier of Warren was charged with retail theft after an incident on March 31. Police say Hosier went into Wal-Mart and obtained six fish with a value of $73.91 before leaving without paying.

Retail theft. According to Conewango Township Police, Christopher Joel Jenkins, 29, of Warren was charged with retail theft following an incident on April 8. Police say Kwik Fill employees has informed them of a retail theft that had occurred, and a subsequent investigation identified Jenkins as the offender.

Eldred Twp.

Corruption of minors. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Rebecca Lee Dean, 48, of Grand Valley was charged with corruption of minors and furnishing liquor to a minor following an incident on March 25. Police say Dean purchased and provided a 16-year-old victim alcoholic beverages and prescription medication.

Pittsfield Twp.

Crash. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Lon J. Hurst, 27, of Pittsfield was charged with required financial responsibility following a crash on April 10.

Youngsville

Drug possession. According to Youngsville Police, Paul Bobelak, 57, of Warren was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on April 8.
