King-Drabina

Amanda Joyce King of Warren and Ryan William Drabina of Wattsburg, Pa., were married at 3 p.m. Oct. 5, 2013, in Pittsburgh.

The bride is the daughter of Ed and Sue King of Warren, and the groom is the son of Bill and Mary Drabina of Wattsburg.

The wedding was held at Grace Episcopal Church, serving as an alternate location for St. Mary of the Mount Catholic Church in Mount Washington, Pa., due to structure damage due to weather. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Fr. Phillip Oriole. Music was performed by soloist Linda King, aunt of the bride. Scripture readings were recited by Dave King, uncle of the bride, and Gerry Drabina, uncle of the groom.

The wedding party included maid of honor Meaghan Jedrek, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Valerie Dombrowski, sister of the groom, and Megan Joint, Tiffani Parks, Crystal Calderan and Joan Hunter, all friends of the bride.

Best man was Garrick Drabina, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Brett King and Matt King, brothers of the bride; Adam Dombrowski, brother-in-law of the groom; and Joel Tabatcher, Keith Lawrence, Dan Palotas, Ross Budacki, Eric Yakish and Matt Bauer, all friends of the groom.

Flower girls were Bryelle King, cousin of the bride, and Madison McElhaney, the groom’s godchild. Ringbearer was Bryson King, the bride’s godchild.

A reception was hosted by the bride’s parents at the Sheraton Hotel in Station Square in Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, the couple now resides in Erie.
