Rob and Sheila Donnell, of Columbus, Pa., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tessa Mosier, of Russell, to Brian Sager, also of Russell. Brian is the son of Art and Bev Sager of Russell.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Corry High School, a 2008 graduate graduate of Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and a 2011 graduate of Gannon University with a Doctorate as a Physical Therapist. She is currently employed at Chautauqua Physical Therapy. Her fiance is a 200 graduate of Eisenhower High School, and a 2004 graduate of Clarion University with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. He currently works as a Fair Lending Manager for Northwest Bank.

The couple is planning a September 16, 2017, wedding in Russell.
