Stephanie Jane Harvin and Keith Michael Weigel are pleased to announce their engagement. Stephanie is the daughter of Stephen and Nancy Harvin of Poquoson, Va. Keith is the son of Kevin and Debra Weigel of Russell.

Stephanie graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and from Georgetown University with a master’s degree in real estate finance. She is employed by Broad Street Realty as a commercial real estate broker.

Keith graduated from Mercyhurst University with bachelor’s degrees in Russian and intelligence studies. He is employed by National Geospatial Agency as an analyst.

A Nov. 14 wedding is planned in Richmond, Va.
