Kifer-Borkowski

Melissa J. Borkowski, daughter of Judith Orefice and the late Robert A. Orefice of Buffalo, N.Y., will exchange vows with Richard C. Kifer, son of the late Richard Kifer and Karen Meadows-Jones of Clarendon, on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Warren. The bride’s brother, Officer Christopher J. Orefice, will give the bride’s hand in marriage at a ceremony attended by friends and family.

The bride will be accompanied by maid of honor Kamie Repine, along with bridesmaids Teresa Zaffino, Brittany Bradshaw, Ashley Ciepiela, Madison Lou Borkowski, Savannah Repine and flower girl Jemma Morlock.

The groom will be accompanied by best man Daniel Repine, along with groomsmen Michael Raynolds, Jorge Santiago, Andrew Ciepiela, Matthew J. Borkowski, Anthony Berdine and ringbearer Zack Mocny.

A reception will honor the couple that evening at Warren Holiday Inn, where the celebration of a new beginning will start.

The bride, Melissa, is a current employee of Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems, while Rick, her fiance, is the owner of Kifer Motorsports and a press operator for Betts Industries.

A honeymoon in the Florida Keys will take place at a later date. The couple will reside in Clarendon, where the groom has been a lifelong friend and resident.
