Eisenhower softball falls to Northwestern

ALBION, Pa. – Eisenhower went on the road to Northwestern and fell by a score of 15-4.

Shelby Kuzminkski drove in a pair of runs for the Lady Knights, while Kayla Greene scored three of their four runs and also had a hit.

“It wasn’t our best peformance, but the girls have come a long way,” said assistant coach Amber Fox.

Morgan Kellogg had a hit and a run scored in the JV game.

“They’ve improved from Day 1,” Fox said. “They might not have won on the scoreboard, but they have come a long way. That makes me happy that they were able to come this far.”

The Lady Knights wrap up their season today at Sheffield.
